• Employment offer letter and Latest 3 months pay slips with Cost to Company (CTC) - Original

• Last 6 months bank statements showing salary credits (Original)
• Latest Form 16 and IT acknowledgement for last 1 years

Self Employed/ Business persons:

• Bank statement for the last 1 year (Personal and company)
• Other loan details (If any) with existing loan track record with bank statement

NRI’S:

• Passport size photographs ( 3 photos + 1 Nominee photo)
• Last 6 months pay slips along latest salary slip (original with notary)
• Latest month bank statement showing salary credits (Original with notary)
• 6 months NRE/NRO Bank Statement
• W2 forms (For the last 3 years)
• All pages of Copy of Passport and Visa with notary
• General Power of Attorney with notary
• Employment contract agreement with notary (Appointment letter/ Employment verification letter)
• Details of any other commitments reflects in the Bank statement

• Building plan and Proceedings
